Cerinte:

Experience of multiple assignments on BPM SOA
Experience in defining (medium to large scale) Integration Architectures, Design patterns, Security architecture, Service Oriented Architecture
Indepth knowledge on TIBCO BPM and ESB suite (BW, EMS, AMX, iProcess, Adapters)
Capabilities on Java, XML technologies, Database knowledge, scripting
Exposure to Financial/Payments domain will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
Presentation & Inter personal skills
